A: No. Tartaria bears all costs of design, production, marketing, platform, and logistics.
Q2: If I sell my NFT, will I still receive profit shares from sales that occurred before the transfer?
A: Yes. Profit sharing is based on the time of the consumer's order. For orders placed before the transfer, even if the jewelry has not yet been shipped, the profit share still belongs to you. For new sales generated after the transfer, the profit share belongs to the new holder.
Q3: What happens if my profit share for a month is less than $50?
A: It will automatically roll over to the next month and be combined with that month's profit share. Payment will only be made on the 15th of the following month once the accumulated amount reaches $50 or more.
Q4: If I don't share any links, will I still receive my profit share?
A: Yes. As long as you hold the NFT, you will automatically receive a 10% profit share from every actual sale, regardless of whether you promote.
Q5: I purchased an NFT that is already participating in this program. Do I need to sign a new agreement?
A: No. Profit rights automatically attach to the NFT. You only need to provide your bank account information to Tartaria to start receiving profit shares.

A: No. Profit sharing is based on the time of the consumer's order, regardless of the production or shipping status of the jewelry. Once the consumer completes payment, that sale is immediately credited toward your profit share.

The 10% profit share for you (or the current NFT holder) is calculated based on the actual transaction amount of the jewelry (excluding refunds).

A: For financial compliance and tax processing, Tartaria uniformly uses bank transfers to pay profit shares.
Q9: How do I sign the profit-sharing agreement with Tartaria?
A: Tartaria utilizes ETHSign (Ethereum Signature) as the legally binding method for executing the profit-sharing agreement. To ensure maximum security for your NFT-holding wallet, Tartaria fully supports the Delegate.xyz protocol for signature delegation. We strongly recommend that you use a dedicated, empty hot wallet (holding no NFTs or assets) as your delegate-signing wallet via Delegate.xyz to authorize the agreement on behalf of your primary wallet. This practice ensures your main wallet never connects to any third-party interface, eliminating risks of phishing or unintended approvals. The signed agreement will serve as the official record of your participation and is required before profit-share distributions commence.
Post-NFT Transfer Instructions (For New Holders)
When you purchase an NFT that is already participating in this program (e.g., Pudgy Penguins #100 on OpenSea), you automatically receive the following rights and obligations:
